The future annual conference program is:
- 2010, Beijing, P.R. China
- 2011, Cluj, Romania
- 2012, Oslo, Norway
The annual conference is arranged in cooperation with a local host and local and international organisations and institutions within emergency and disaster management. The annual conference comprises a three day program with papers presentations, posters and exhibitions. During every year TIEMS arranges also workshops in cooperation with a local host and local organistaions and institutions within emrgency and disaster management. The program then focuses mainly on local hazards and emergency and disaster management, but have also international keynote speakers. The workshop program for 2009 is:
