She has a Bachelor Degree of Clinical Medicine, Master Degree of Public Health, PhD in Management Science and Engineering.
Ms. Chen once worked in the Department of Social Affairs, National Development and Reform Commission of China and International Medical Center, Health Human Resources Development Center, Ministry of Health of China. Now, she serves as the Chairman (legal representative)of the Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation , and the Director of The International Emergency Management Society Emergency Medical Committee (TEMC)
Ms. Ran Chen is mainly engaged in medical policy research, health professionals training, and international cooperation and exchanges. She once participated in the specific theme work of Medical Reform Office, the State Council of The People’s Republic of China. At present, Ms. Ran Chen is committed to helping Chinese medical institutions to build bridges and channels for international cooperation with countries around the world, to assist the health professionals and health management personnel to improve their capabilities, to helping bringing in advanced medical technologies, and to engaging in poverty alleviation, medical professionals empowerment, and other social beneficial causes. For over a decade, Ms. Chen has led her work team to help tens of thousands Chinese medical professionals exchange and learn in famous universities and medical institutions overseas, to organize influential academic conferences regularly every year. Which is highly recognized and widely acclaimed by Chinese and foreign governments, universities, medical institutions, and medical professionals.
