  6. 1st - 4th October - TIEMS 2013 Annual Conference,  in Southern France 
  7. 22nd -  26th October - TIEMS China Chapter Annual Conference and Training 
  8. 30th October - 1st November - TIEMS Berlin Conference
  9. 16th - 17th November - TIEMS China Chapter Conference in Guangzhou, China 

TIEMS Japan Chapter arranged the following conferences in 2013:

  2. May 23, 2013 on "Operational Information" 
  3. Sep. 26, 2013 on "Cooperation and Coordination" 
All three conferences was in Japanese and open to the public.

TIEMS Iraq Chapter International Conference in Basrah, Iraq 
Took place 22nd - 23rd May 2013.Basrah old building

The conference was arranged in cooperation with the Basrah Health Directorate.

Finland TIEMS Finland Chapter Workshop on "Smart Environments and ICT System Living Lab for Societal Security" was held September 26- 27, 2013 at Laurea University in Espoo, Finland.
